Do you take the safety of your staff seriously? With increasing knife and gun crime and other threats on the streets as well as within the workplace, coupled with the fact that now more than ever before, we see staff working globally and at times in hostile environments or even just working late, it is hardly surprising that we hear of horrific attacks on these valued members staff.

Women often reject the need for physical self-defence, given their inherent ability to dodge violence through flexibility and their reliance on protection from others. However, today, as much as throughout human history, women have suffered physical violence at the hands of their male counterparts.

Kensa Self Defence Training provides a practical solution to this important issue. We offer a variety of Self Defence Courses ranging from a four hour “quick fix” to one or two full-day courses. Training can take place over a series of evenings, at weekends – or whenever is convenient to you and your staff.

Designed carefully for women with no previous self defence experience and varying levels of fitness these courses introduce basic self defence principles and real life scenario-based training in a safe, fun environment.

An excellent way to:

  • Build teams
  • Boost morale
  • Improve confidence
  • Increase corporate health and well-being
  • Demonstrate that you value your employees
